Can't Believe It

I just looked at the date of my last post and can't believe it said September 29 and it is now 8 November - where has all that time gone?

What's doing

I thought having a blog would be a good way to show what I have been doing, but it is hard work keeping it up to date - it means less time sewing.

I have been extrremely good and not bought any fabric as I am trying to finish some current projects - Life is a Celebration block of the month that featured in Homespun issues 1 thru 10 this year. I have one block with only the embroidery to complete, and three blocks which I need to start. Then comes all the finishing. It certainly is a beautiful quilt, and if mine turns out half as well I will be really pleased.

I must remember to take some photos and put them on so you can see what I have been sewing.

Hopefully I will be able to get a bit done tonight when I get home from work - after dinner and before going to gym - phew like I said it is hard work, working, sewing, blogging!!

Goodies

Today I received my third packet of fabrics.
These ones came from Saffron Craig, the others I had received from Fabric Shack and Hip Fabrics.
I will take photos over the weekend and load them up to show you what I have purchased.
I love receiving packages like these!

First Blog

This is my first blog - yeah me!
When I figure it all out, I will post pictures of the quilts I have done and am doing, and let you know what is happening in my world.
